- Can I leave my baggage before and after the stay?
- We will take care of your baggage at the front desk only on the day of check in and the day of check out.
- Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
- You can use Takkyubin(Postal services) only for advance payment and cash on delivery. Please note that cool flights cannot be handled.
- Can I send my luggage to the hotel before the check in date?
- We will keep it at the front desk until the day of check in. If you are sending it, please fill in the date of accommodation next to your name. Please note that we don't accept the baggage from internet online shopping.
- Do you have a Parking Space?
- We have a contracted parking lot, and it is 1,500 yen without taking in and out until 24 hours from the arrival. Beside that time, 200 yen will be added every 30 minutes.

From Fukuoka Airport you can take a Subway train for Hakata station.
Our hotel will be a 5minutes walk form the East Exit No 5
- Where is the nearest highway IC?
- Dazaifu IC or Fukuoka IC is the nearest Highway IC form the hotel.
- Is there a bus for international flights?
- There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The journey takes about 15 minutes and costs ¥ 270.
